Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first band you make gets Band Pro free for 14 days, with no card needed. Invite the whole band and play a real gig from it. If you don’t upgrade, the band moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
Do my bandmates have to pay?
No. Band Pro covers everyone in the band, up to 8 members. Most bands split the cost, which works out to about a dollar a month each.
What about subs and fill-ins?
Add up to 2 guests to any gig, free. They see that gig’s set list and their charts, and their access ends two days after the show.
We have more than eight people. Can we still use it?
Yes. Add extra members on your band’s Plan page, at the Solo Pro price for each one.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted or locked. The band goes back to Free: you can still open every song, chart and set list, you just can’t add more than 25 songs or invite anyone new.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes, from Manage billing on the Plan page. Band Pro stays on until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
What if I leave a band, or the band closes?
Members get 30 days to take their own copy of the band’s songs, charts and set lists into a band of their own.
We have a code. Where does it go?
On your band’s Plan page (Settings, then Plan), or in Your settings for Solo Pro.
How do we pay?
By card on Stripe’s secure checkout. Your card details never touch Rubber Band, and receipts are under Manage billing.
Does it work on our devices?
Yes. Rubber Band runs in any up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, even with no signal.
